Roman sent explanations on his cover - on cover "The modern armaments of Polish army" - the postmark celebrates "The 21st International Salon of Defensive Industry MSPO 2013" On cancellation there is the fighter plane P2L P-24 produced in Turkey up to 1938 on Polish licence.
