This fold is a very special one. It has been made with Transnistrian stamps that are only valid within this territory. This pro-Russian Moldovan region declared itself an independent state in 1991, but is not a state under international law.
Alexander sent this letter to a friend with a local address.
To write outside Transnistria, the inhabitants must use Moldovan stamps.
