it is a "self-made-stamp" and the cover has a limited edition with 100 items.

One rule of German Post say: No special Postmark on Plusbrief, only daypostmark - and your cover has a special postmark , these are unusual and I do not know why"

bad work made by French Postal Administration

Last week, I sent 19 covers to various friends all around the world with illustrated First Day Cancellation for Mother Theresa. A new time, French Postal Administration added a sad machine cancellation which destroyed my covers. Now they are just good for bin.

I am ashamed to give a such image of french philately.

Each time you receive such covers , please send to me a copy to my E-mail : lccerem@hotmail.fr

I shall send them to our Postal Administration in view they know quality of service and also to ask they replace them.
